2. Petitioner in the present case is the mother of accused no.2, namely, Satish Yadav in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 349 of 2021 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 384, 354, 307, 324, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that her son has been falsely implicated in the said case by respondent no.7.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.922 of 2023(2) dt.31-10-2023 2/2 investigation police has already submitted a final form saying that no sufficient material could be found against the co-accused Birbal Yadav and Rajbal Yadav. So far as the son of the present petitioner is concerned, the investigation has been kept pending against him.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the investigation is taking place in a proper and fair manner. It is submitted that the investigation against the son of the petitioner is still pending.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the kind of reliefs prayed for on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Saharsa (Respondent No.5) to review the progress made in the present case and issue appropriate instruction to the Investigating Officer. All endeavours be made to conclude the investigation of the case after conducting proper and fair investigation, within a reasonable period.

7. This writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
