JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent to make appointment of the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher in Dumariya Gram Panchayat, Shahpur, after cancelling the appointment of respondent no.6, who has been illegally appointed on the basis of forged certificate, showing 72.77% marks, whereas Intermediate council has furnished report in which she has got about 43% marks only.

The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara, within a period
