JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 20.10.2012 passed in Case No.241 of 2011 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Kaimur at Bhabua, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
