2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 13.800 liters of illicit country-made liquor and 135 kg. of Mahua flowers have been recovered from a sack, loaded on the seized motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized motorcycle and has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances of the case and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Court No. - 01, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 183 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
