The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 4 on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 11-11-2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17340 of 2012. By the said order, the writ petition was disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner files a representation before respondent no. 4, the respondent no. 4 may examine the same and pass appropriate order within specified time in accordance with
Patna High Court MJC No.3373 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 law. It was also made clear that this Court has not recorded any opinion on the merit of the case.
However, in this case, show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4 and Annexure - A i.e. an Office Order No. 04 dated 23-01-2016 has been brought on record to show compliance of the order of the writ court. In view of facts disclosed in the show cause as well as Annexure - A, the Court is satisfied that order of the writ court has already been complied with.
The petition stands disposed of.
