The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 326, 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per First Information Report the lady has died of natural death, after receiving burn injury she was admitted in the hospital where she was treated but her life could not be saved.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after forty six days the case has been lodged. Further it has been submitted that the husband of the victim has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 45462 of 2017. The petitioner

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Ranju Devi and Kanhaiya Kumar @ Sumit Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, District-Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.198 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
