1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"1. That, this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction the respondents for payment of salary of petitioner of four months from 1.1.23 to 30.4.23 in which period he has done his duty in BSAP-14, Patna and for grant of all consequential benefits."

3. The case of the petitioner in brief is that while he was posted and working as a Sub- Inspector in Bihar Special Armed Police- 14 (BSAP-14), he was not paid his salary for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6646 of 2026(2) dt.04-05-2026 2/2 period of four months ie 1.1.2023 to 30.4.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service from BSAP-17, Bodh Gaya on 31.12.2025.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, the writ application is disposed of, directing the petitioner to file an appropriate representation for the relief prayed for in the instant writ application before the Commandant, BSAP-17, Bodh Gaya, (respondent no.4)/ respondent concerned who shall dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of its filing and the consequential benefits/areas of salary found payable to the petitioner shall be paid within a period of three months from the date of disposal of the representation.

6. In case the representation of the petitioner does not find favor with the respondent concerned, a reasoned order for the same shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

7. The writ application stands disposed of.
