Petitioners seek bail in G.O. Excise Case No.231 of 2019 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.97 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 55 bottles of Royal Stag each of 180 ML has been recovered from the house of Petitioner No.1 and 65 bottles of Royal Stag each180 ML has been recovered from the house of Petitioner No.2.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ladies. They are in custody since 13.03.2019 having clean

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge V cum Special Judge, Excise, Darbhanga, in connection with G.O. Excise Case No.231 of 2019 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.97 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
