JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Although the petitioner prays for dissolution of the Managing Committee of the Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, Chain Singh Patti in the district of Supaul but Mr. S.K. Mishra learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that no such application as mandated under Section 41 has been filed by the petitioner.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to exhaust the statutory remedy so available to him in law.
