03-07-2018 After some argument, Sri Rajeev Ranjan No.II, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, requests for disposal of the present petition so that petitioners may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

The anticipatory bail petition stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, both aforesaid petitioners appear before the court below and pray for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably; on the same date.
