2. Writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to create the Jamabandi and issue revenue receipts with respect to the land situated under mauja Mirjapur, Thana No. 139, Khata No. 74, Plot No. 21 , Area 0.06 decimal which has been settled by the Competent authority in favour of petitioner in land settlement case No. 24/ 1981-82 and also for directing the respondent No. 5 or making payment of compensation amount of the aforesaid land, in favour of petitioner, which has been acquired for the purpose of the

In the facts and circumstances of the case , writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Circle Officer, Sasaram, Rohtas (respondent No. 4) along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioners respondent No. 4 shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a further period of three months. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
