JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. case no. 129 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the allegation and nature of crime involved in the instant case and after going through the order of the court below, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
