The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 153, 341, 183, 120B, 504, 353 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the First Information Report, statement has been made that villagers wanted to utilize the Government land for installation of transformer. The Sub Divisional Magistrate has issued prohibitory order under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, but the accused persons violating the order of the Sub Divisional Magistrate assembled there and they started giving speech and also disturb the communal harmony and putting hindrance in discharging the official duties. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Sushil Singh alias Sushil Kumar Singh, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gogari (Khagaria) in connection with Parbatta (Bharatkhand) P.S.
