The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that five pieces of LED computer, one battery and one inverter have been stolen away from a Computer Institute run by the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner was not named in the F.I.R and only on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38663 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 the confession of a co-accused the petitioner has been roped in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 484 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
