The petitioner is accused in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2011 registered under sections 363 and 366(A) of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2019. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to some dispute with regard to salary of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is direct allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner and one other co-accused, as detailed in the statement of the victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28767 of 2019(4) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
