The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in Trial No. 3144 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-1016 of 2017 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 420, 467, 468, 120-B of the Indian Penal code.

Considering the fact that several other accused persons having more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioners have already been granted pre-arrest bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 23141, 25352, 25078 and 30636 of 2018, they are directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36235 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, East Champaran at Motihari in Trial No. 3144 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-1016 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
