JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-02-2015 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.07.2010 passed in M.J.C. No. 2569 of 2009, Annexure- A to the contempt application, Opposite Party No. 4 has passed the order dated 08.10.2014, copy of which has also been communicated to the petitioner, which would appear from Annexure- A to the show case, regarding payment of arrears of salary
Patna High Court MJC No.3113 of 2013 dt.04-02-2015 of Rs.2,54,221/- in eleven installments regularly on each month and accordingly two installments of Rs.42370/- has been paid in one time, which would appear from Annexure B to the supplementary show cause.
Since in compliance of the order dated 21.07.2010 passed in M.J.C. No. 2569 of 2009, installments have been fixed by the opposite party no. 4 to pay the arrears in eleven installments and two installments in one time has been paid to the petitioner in the month of January, 2015, no further action is required to be taken. However, it is expected that opposite party no. 4 will pay the remaining amount as per installments fixed, in future also. Accordingly, contempt application is disposed of.
