The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant.

In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has got her age recorded as 18 years when the court has assessed as 16 years where she has stated that she was in love with Amit hence performed marriage and she wants to reside with him.
