Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 12.01.2021, seeks regular bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2020 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added and charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 304, 307, 149, 148, 147/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner who has assaulted Gopaljee Yadav (deceased) with spear in his right hand and in course of treatment he had died

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38963 of 2021(4) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 after nine days and material which has surfaced in course of investigation. I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial well within a period of twelve months.

If no substantial progress takes place in conduct of trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period.

Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of.
