JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 182 dated 05.10.2012, passed in Case No. 17/2011-12 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Lakhisarai, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Permission is accorded.
Patna High Court CWJC No.21427 of 2012 (3) dt.08-08-2017 The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
