2. In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To give instruction/direction for possession of the Schedule Land 'A' as described later which had been dispossessed by the Respondent Nos. 8 & 9 in connivance with the local administration.

(ii) Further be pleased to give instruction/direction to cancel out the mutation/rent receipt issued to the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.10796 of 2019(3) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 Nos. 8 & 9, if any, in the facts and circumstances as mentioned in the writ petition.

(iii) Further be pleased to give instruction/direction to Respondent No. 4 to implement and execute its own standing order vide order passed in B.L.D.R. Case Nos. 145/2013-14 and 153/2013 (Annexures- 6 & 7)."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
