JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 21-11-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted that due to inadvertence in the order dated 09.11.2017, direction was given to the petitioner to deposit the amount with BSFC, whereas, it should have been "Central Co-operative Bank, Branch Pupri".

In view of such, order dated 09.11.2017, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, is modified to the extent that in the 4th and 5th paragraph, in place of 'BSFC', it should be read as "Central Co-operative Bank, Branch Pupri". Let this order be communicated to the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.226 of 2017.
