The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No.2494 of 2019 arising out of Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 15 liters of Mahua liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
