Against the order passed in the writ petition LPA No. 831 of 2009 was filed and by a detailed order passed on 28.6.2011 the LPA has been decided.

Once the order passed in the writ petition, modification of which is sought for, has already been subjected to LPA and the

Patna High Court MJC No.2965 of 2012(2) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 said LPA has been decided on merit, we see no reason to make any modification.

The modification application is dismissed.
