====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of virtual Court proceeding.

The matter has been listed under the heading "For Orders" under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy.

It has been submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 13-07-2020 but inadvertently, in the prayer portion of main application of Cr. Misc. No. 15795 of 2020, "to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa" has wrongly been typed in place of "to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif" and due to that,

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, this modification application is allowed to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order dated 13-07-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15795 of 2020, "to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa" mentioned in the order be read as "to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif". Time of surrender of the petitioner is also extended for further eight weeks from today.

All other terms and conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 13-07-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15795 of 2020.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
