Petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.317 of 2018, giving rise to Session Trial No.154/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Since this Court has been reported that the four prosecution witnesses have already been examined in course of trial, the petitioner being husband of the deceased and there are allegation of causing death due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, in view of likely conclusion of trial in near future, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant him bail. Let the trial be expedited without granting any
