2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
