The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No. 123 of 2011 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though on completion of investigation the police submitted charge-sheet for the offence punishable under Section 504 of the Indian Penal Code only, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate differing with the police report took cognizance of the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from
