That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents for payment of pending overtime bills and for grant of all consequential benefits." At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Company submits that the outstanding amount of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16383 of 2014(2) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 overtime salary to the tune of Rs.58,042/- has already stood paid to the petitioner during the interregnum period. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the payment of the aforesaid amount has already been made to the petitioner, then the petitioner is not having any subsisting grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
