In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No.293 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is to have caused death of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that he is Devar of the deceased and husband of the deceased has already been granted regular bail vide order dated 19.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43504/2018 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

No.28284 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No.293 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
