The Secretary, who had taken dictation, has confirmed that in the last paragraph the word 'nine' could not be typed inadvertently.

In that view of the matter, let the correction be carried out and the last paragraph of the order, in the fourth line after the word 'of' and before the word 'months', the word 'nine' shall be inserted.

Rest of the order shall remain intact.
