The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For a direction to the respondents concerned to pay dues amount of over times arrear of salary/ wages to the petitioner, who has already worked since long but due to inaction on the part of the respondent concerned, the petitioner has deprived the wages from August, 1998 to August, 2006. "

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited submits that the outstanding wages have already stood paid to the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of any subsisting grievance, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent- authorities. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off, however with the aforesaid liberty.
