No. 16723 of 2012, the District Magistrate, Gopalganj was directed to consider the case of the petitioner regarding suspension of the arms licence of the petitioner herein.

In compliance of the said order dated 11.09.2012, the District Magistrate, Gopalganj has passed a reasoned order dated 04.03.2016.

In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of and if so advised, the petitioner may assail the aforesaid order dated 04.03.2016 passed by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj.
