JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to stop functioning of Mahui Primary Agriculture Co-Operative Society Ltd. (PACS), Mahui Panchayat of Ramnagar Block in the District of West Champaran as a Public Distribution System licensee which is granted in the light of Public Distribution System (Control) Amendment Order, 2011 issued by the State Government vide Memo No. 5738 dated 23.06.2011; further to direct the licensing authority to cancel the P.D.S. licence of above mentioned PACS.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13657 of 2015 dt.14-08-2018 of the writ petition the petitioner has died and as such the writ petition need not be pressed.
