This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bhairab Asthan P.S. Case No. 07 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is direct allegation against him of torture and demand of dowry. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
