In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 583 (C) of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 498A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that accused persons used to torture the complainant on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant.
