2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act.
3. According to F.I.R., on 11.2.25 at about 2:10 PM, while informant was carrying regular vehicle checking at Sagar Pokhra, where he received information that two groups are fighting with each other. Informant reached there and saw that two groups were fighting amongst themselves and villagers apprehended three persons who were being assaulted and handed them to the police to ensure their safety. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the date of occurrence, brother of the petitioner was returning along with his friend and on the way he got into fight with one Amzad Ali and his associates in which both sides sustained injuries for which brother of the petitioner lodged Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 59 of 2025. He further submits that though there is allegation of firing but no one sustained any firearms injury.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case and the fact that no one sustained any firearms injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 57 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya
