JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 dated 03.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 308, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. A dispute arose while reaping the standing crops in a plot of land. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the prosecution side but the assault has led to simple injuries. There is a counter version of the occurrence as well. The petitioners are persons of clean antecedent. It has been argued that the occurrence was committed in a flash of temper, without any premeditation. Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioners
