Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506, 427, 307, 147, 447, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with a spade, a weapon of cutting. However, the Doctor has found fracture caused by hard and blunt substance on Sheo Shankar Mahto. Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

No.30822 of 2020(3) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hasanpur Police Station Case No. 176 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
