Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of eight weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. case No.12/2021, G.R. No.50/2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the petitioner assaulted the informant by fists and leg and co-accused Munna Choudhary fired upon the informant by pistol on his leg. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39267 of 2021(2) dt.08-10-2021 2/2 allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The nature of injury is said to be simple. The matter has already been compromised between the parties vide Annexure 4 to the present application.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. case No.12/2021, G.R.
