At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the tenure for which election of Mukhiya was previously held has already come to an end and a fresh election of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6981 of 2015 dt.27-08-2018 2/2 Panchayat in the State of Bihar has already taken place in the year 2016.
