Patna High Court CWJC No.12579 of 2013 dt.20-08-2015 2/2 dismissed.

Let the petitioner move a civil court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate declaration. Further, merely because petitioner declares himself to be the Secretary he does not become the managing committee. There is no evidence on record to show that he had due authorization or support of the managing committee as such to represent the managing committee. He cannot use garb of managing committee to push his personal agenda.

Writ application is dismissed.
