At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is fully covered by the order passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.12349 of 2021(4) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 this Court in CWJC No.3398 of 2020 dated 24.02.2024. 3.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation enclosing all the supporting documents and orders in their favour, before the respondent no.3 within a period of one month.

The respondent no.3 upon receipt of such representation, is well advised to dispose off the representation of the petitioners by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, in view of the decision of the Apex Court rendered in the case of Durga Prasad Singh & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. (Civil Appeal No(s). 6178-6181/2015), within a period of ten weeks, thereafter.

If found entitled, the petitioners, shall be granted all consequential benefits.
