JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 26.12.2006, issued by the Panchayat Secretary and Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Laxmipur under Block-Uda Kishunganj whereby his appointment on the post of Panchayat Shikshak was canalled and the petitioner has further sought for his reinstatement in service with full back wages. The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Madhepura, for redressal of his grievance within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22553 of 2012 (2) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 statutory period.
