JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-11-2017 After some argument, Sri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Ansay Bahadur Mathur, learned counsel for Opp.Party no.2/Union of India, requests for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with observation that if within six weeks from today the petitioner appears before the court below and prays for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
