The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 190 of 1997 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that after completion of investigation, the investigating authority has exonerated the petitioner and submitted the final form. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
