2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 573 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 303(2), 336(2), 338, 336(3) and 61 of the B.N.S. Act and Sections 66 (C) and 66(D) of the I.T Act and he has clean criminal antecedent.

3. As per the prosecution case, a raid was conducted wherein seven persons were apprehended and certain recoveries of mobile and SIM cards were made. As far as the petitioner is concerned, two mobile phones of Vivo company was recovered from his conscious possession.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There

Not even a single person has come forward alleging anything personal against the petitioner. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13693 of 2025. The petitioner has clean criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Taking the same into consideration and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2024, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 573 of 2024.

7. The Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and in case at any stage it is found that the petitioner has concealed his criminal antecedent, the court below shall take step for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. However, the acceptance of bail bonds in terms of the above-mentioned order shall not be delayed for purpose of or in
