For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh For the Respondent/s : Mr. S.S. Shabbar Hussain ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner claims to be owner of the property and apprehends danger to his life and property.

The writ application seeks a direction to provide the protection of life and property to him by the respondents-State. In my view, the application deserves to be disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before the respondent-District Magistrate as well as the Superintendent of Police, who shall consider/examine the necessity, if any, of providing such protection to the petitioner on payment of cash or even otherwise.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21242 of 2013 (3) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 The writ application stands disposed of with above observations.
