Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the quashing application with liberty to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charges as the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that despite all documents being there to show that the alleged fertilizers were bonafide, still a false case came to be instituted.
