This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sursand P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with his associates has robbed by snatching a bag containing Rs. 50,000 - 55,000/- from the informant and they have also fired, which hit one person. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
